The Arctic Postal Service has one department nobody talks about: the Bureau of Unusual Greetings. It operates from Finnish Lapland, in the dark season, under the joint authority of an old drum and a shopping mall Santa.
The Bureau produces downloadable postcards for situations ordinary cards can't handle — when "Merry Christmas" is too little and a phone call is too much. Each one is painted, scribbled, and approved by at least one reindeer before it enters circulation.
You buy the card, the download arrives instantly, and the rest is between you, your printer, and the people on your list.
Approved · Dept. of Weird61 printable Halloween postcards, issued for the polar night — artwork on the front, a finished back side with address lines and a corner reserved for the stamp. Instant download: the only parcel here that does not rattle.

Four birds attended. None voted. The pumpkin stood unopposed and won by default.

They showed up at dusk. They brought candles and a basket. They have not clarified their intentions.
He arrived wearing it. The cats have questions. The pumpkin is keeping its distance.
She showed up dressed for the occasion. The broom is vintage. The pumpkins are screaming. Everything is under control.
Three witnesses, one hat, zero explanations. The pumpkins have stopped asking questions.
She brought representatives. They have discussed the pumpkin situation. The broom was not up for debate.
An owl, a cat, two pumpkins, and a small hovering witness. They have come to discuss the porch arrangement.
Three witches, four opinions, unanimous excitement. The pumpkin has concerns but was not asked.

5 racks are in circulation. New issues appear when the drum feels like it — which, historically, is whenever the calendar hands it an excuse.
